Shipping Information
International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout, based on total weight and destination.
Shipping to non-UK destinations may incur customs and duty charges. Refusal to pay charges will result in the package being returned to us. Any charges, shipping costs, or administrative/handling fees incurred by unpaid import charges/taxes will be deducted from any refund provided at a later date for the order.
For more information on customs and duty charges, plus any additional import fees, please check with your local postal/customs authority.
IOSS: For customers within the EU, the IOSS system covers the VAT you would normally be charged upon delivery for orders of 150€ or under. Please be aware of the current currency exchange rate when placing your order, we recommend placing orders of £120 or under to help avoid additional VAT charges.
Please note that IOSS does not cover customs and duties charges, plus other handling or administrative fees put forward by the destination country.
UPDATED: As of July 1st 2026, imports into countries within the EU will carry a flat customs duty of 3€, regardless of IOSS. This flat rate is stackable and will be applied for each item type (Harmonised Tariff Code) within the shipment. Examples of different item types are, but not limited to:

Free Shipping for UK orders over £20: Orders below the value of £20 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
Free Shipping for orders over £100: The free shipping offer applies to all countries, and most items in the TTCombat webstore.
Some item may require additional postage, dependant on the order size, weight and destination. in these instances we will be in touch.
Restricted/Dangerous Goods: All aerosols and some glues are classified as hazardous good and may incur additional shipping costs, as detailed in the item descriptions. In addition knives/blades have an additional shipping cost as well as age verification upon delivery.
Shipping services:
- UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48. Additional shipping options may be available.
- International: Royal Mail Tracked International.
Large or high value orders may be upgraded to different courier services automatically.
P.O. Boxes and Couriers: Some large or high value orders are ineligible for delivery to P.O Box addresses, dependant on the carrier used.
Currently, we do not ship on weekends or Bank Holidays.
